Accessibility

BSMT uses a concrete, verifiable accessibility standard. Once a venue is selected, this page will publish conditions actually checked on site; the conference will not claim “fully accessible” without verification.

A physical access audit will be completed after venue selection and the concrete findings will be published here.

What is checked

  • step-free entrance and route
  • lift where required
  • accessible toilet
  • appropriate seating
  • stage/podium route
  • microphone and audio conditions
  • quiet/rest-space feasibility
  • signage
  • accessible transport/drop-off
  • emergency procedures

Participant support

  • Registration will provide a confidential route for reasonable support requests.
  • Support-request data are available only to people who genuinely need them to provide the support.
  • These data never enter the public programme or public archive.
