Membership and admissions
The preserved organizational evidence documents a recent admission sequence in which prospective members submitted formal written membership requests, the Society voted, and official confirmation letters were sent. This records the procedure used in those documented cases; it is not presented here as a complete statutory rule for every application. Eligibility criteria, required application materials, any membership fee, and the authoritative current admission procedure are not yet published.
